Healthy Air-fried Buffalo Chicken

Eat your chicken for protein!

Chicken is an excellent source of protein, and I always include it in my diet.

There are different parts of the animal that vary the nutritional content. Nonetheless, all cuts are healthy, and you shouldn’t avoid eating them. Instead, choose depending on your preferences and dietary goals.

For this video, I used chicken breasts and tenderloins from Costco.

This recipe is super simple and tastes delicious.

I use the buffalo sauce from Primal Kitchen, one of my favorite companies. They use high-quality ingredients and taste amazing.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 42 oz. chicken (tenderloins and breasts)
  2. 9 servings (135 gr) Buffalo sauce
  3. 10-12 gr of salt (I use 5 gr per lb of meat)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the chicken into strips
  2. Mix salt and buffalo sauce in a bowl
  3. Pour the mix on the chicken, stir, and let it sit in the fridge overnight
  4. Add to air fryer @ 380℉ for ≈ 22 minutes
  5. Switch tray placement halfway through
  6. Check for doneness and adjust the time if needed
