Sweet Protein Quinoa Bowl

QUINOA OATMEAL INGREDIENTS:

  1. Quinoa – 180 gr.
  2. Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup (225 gr.)
  3. Maple Syrup – 1 Tbsp (25 gr.)
  4. Salt – pinch

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Rinse and drain the quinoa to remove the bitterness from the outside.
  2. Toast quinoa in a large pan at medium heat until you hear popping noises or it starts to get darker in color.
  3. Add the mix of milk, maple syrup and salt
  4. Cover and reduce flame to simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat to allow the liquid to absorb.

PROTEIN BOWL INGREDIENTS:

  1. Quinoa oatmeal – 92 gr.
  2. Unsweetened almond milk – 5 oz.
  3. Muscle Feast Vanilla flavor Whey Protein – 36 gr. (1 and 1/2 serving)
  4. Kirkland Frozen Strawberries – 70 gr.
  5. Kirkland Frozen Berry Blend – 70 gr.

INSTRUCTIONS:
