QUINOA OATMEAL INGREDIENTS:
- Quinoa – 180 gr.
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup (225 gr.)
- Maple Syrup – 1 Tbsp (25 gr.)
- Salt – pinch
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rinse and drain the quinoa to remove the bitterness from the outside.
- Toast quinoa in a large pan at medium heat until you hear popping noises or it starts to get darker in color.
- Add the mix of milk, maple syrup and salt
- Cover and reduce flame to simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat to allow the liquid to absorb.
PROTEIN BOWL INGREDIENTS:
- Quinoa oatmeal – 92 gr.
- Unsweetened almond milk – 5 oz.
- Muscle Feast Vanilla flavor Whey Protein – 36 gr. (1 and 1/2 serving)
- Kirkland Frozen Strawberries – 70 gr.
- Kirkland Frozen Berry Blend – 70 gr.
